The need:

The project aimed to meet the needs of the Sales & Marketing Department to serve the CRM analytics need of 12’000 direct end-users presents in 40 markets and generate 50 TB of data history.

  • Sales, retail audits, surveys, competitor monitoring, etc.

  • Data can be ingested in different formats: structured and semi-structured.

  • The solution is based on Azure (Synapse Analytics, Data lake gen2, Data Factory, Databricks)
    and Power BI Premium platforms

  • A new team has been created in the organization

  • This project has created a real buzz following its adoption and has generated the creation of projects for other departments that use its data in a transverse manner (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Digital & Innovation, etc.)
